Neal Hornsby MIPA, MBA, ADFP, CertPM
CEO
Neal is a financial services professional with more than 30 years in the industry. He has held senior positions in major institutions including CBA, Minter Ellison, Challenger, TOWER Australia, Westpac, RACV and Siemens. He was project lead with the Council of Financial Regulators on major industry works. Neal is a recognised industry professional in the area of funds management, risk and compliance framework and project management of large complex projects.
Paul Shoebridge
CFO
Paul is a chartered accountant with a career spanning over 35 years across a number of industry sectors. Paul is a highly organised strategic thinker with an innate ability to simplify business transformations and processes. Paul's core values include integrity and transparency. He has worked as CFO in ASX 100 and 200 companies and was the CFO for the RACV Life Insurance company in Victoria.
Martin Ashe
Head of Investments
Martin is a Director and Head of Investments for PacReef Asset Management. Martin commenced his career in computing where he focused on financial systems in banking, broking and asset management, later moving to mainstream asset management, managing various cash and fixed interest products including the Macquarie Cash Management Trust and Challengers Howard Mortgage Trust.
He has worked for various major institutions in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong including Macquarie Bank, Rothschild, and Challenger International. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors and is a Fellow of Finance through the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Duncan Stewart
Director Marketing
Duncan worked in the financial services industry since 1979. He held senior positions in several companies, including FAI, TOWER Australia, and businesses owned by AXA Australia and ANZ Group. His experience includes, starting and running superannuation businesses, building and leading a financial planning wealth business, and various marketing and technical leadership roles.
Duncan has also been a client adviser and consulted to financial planning businesses.
